Shipping, Returns & Policies
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), odor and fragrance, scuffs, tears or snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.
All return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and we advise using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We are unable to refund original shipping charges.
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@socotty.com with your order number, items to return and return reason.
CARRIER DELAYS
SoCotty cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If this is the case, please reach out to the carrier to further investigate what happened.
Orders typically arrive in 3-8 business days after the tracking has been initiated.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours and provide a picture of the damage so we can best address the problem for you.
OTHER NOTES
During sales or promotional periods, please allow 4-6 business days for your orders to be processed and shipped from our warehouse.
Please note, our warehouse is not open on Saturday or Sunday. If you place an order on Friday, it will be processed the following week.
